We are not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies set forth in this blog. The information, prices, and discounts set forth herein are subject to change without notice.

Products Ordering & Payment
1) All recommended prices are shown in Ringgit Malaysia (RM)
2) New orders must come with 50% deposit. An invoice will be issued thru email within 24 hours. No orders will be taken without any deposit.
3) For buyer who paid deposit, balance payment must be paid within two (2) days after stock is available. Should the balance is not paid within two (2) days, it’ll be released to the rest once again.
4) For orders on ready stock, FULL PAYMENT must be made to our account within two (2) days before delivery of the item. An invoice will be issued thru confirmation email within 24 hours. Should the balance is not paid within two (2) days, and the reserved goods will be sold to another party. As there is limited stock for INSTOCK items, thus it will be on a first come first paid basis.
5) For PRE-ORDER: Waiting time is 2-3 weeks after capping if there isn’t any delay. If it is earlier, we will inform you thru email.
6) Please do not join the PRE-ORDER if you are unable to wait.
7) If any item is out of stock, you can choose to order other alternative items of the same value or ask for a full refund for the item that is out of stock.
8) Dateline for PRE-ORDER will be informed.
9) All sales are final, therefore please read product descriptions carefully and ask all questions BEFORE purchase of any item(s). Serious buyer only, NO refunds.
10) All prices exclude delivery charges. The exact amount will be inform upon confirmation email.
11) Items sold are brand NEW and in good condition, unless otherwise stated. We will take the utmost care to ensure that all items are of the highest quality and properly packed and sealed to minimize any damage. However, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged incurred during shipping & handling.
12) Online transfer or cash deposits into our MAYBANK. Account details will be provided upon the confirmation of purchase.


Delivery & Postage (D&P)
1) Items will be mailed the next day after FULL PAYMENT is received (with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays). Estimated to arrive within 5 working days. Tracking number will be provided. Please note that the deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
2) During peak seasons (e,g. CNY, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s day, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas & New Year) please place your orders 3 days in advance to avoid delay in delivery.
3) Names, addresses, contact numbers, delivery date and time must be accurate to avoid any delay in delivery.
4) All deliveries will be made according to orders placed either through email. We do not hold responsibility over inaccuracy in the orders received.
5) We may contact you via telephone, fax or e-mail should there be any problem pertaining to your orders or deliveries.
6) Please note that customer/purchaser should carry out all the tax & procedure’s fees charge by government. (If there is any).
7) You may want to opt for registered mail to prevent any lost mail.
COD is preferable and can be made within limited places such as Amcorp Mall, Sunway Pyramid, Kota Kemuning area or up to our convenient.
